Build the workflow.
Put your GTM in motion.
Your CRM records run through agents, conditions and goals you connect with Eva, and the results sync back.
Turn inbound records into qualified pipeline
Bring inbound accounts or contacts into Evergrowth through CRM sync. Use a saved view or custom filter as the workflow audience, then qualify and research matching records before sales follows up.
Connect the agents your motion needs
Choose specialist agents and configure their steps on the canvas. Save the workflow so your team can run the same process again.
Route work using your criteria
Qualify an account before finding contacts. Use a condition to continue the work, choose another branch or stop processing that record.
Stop when the run reaches your goal
Set the number of qualifying accounts or contacts you need, or define a custom goal. With goals off, the run processes its selected records.
Choose who enters and when
Run on a schedule or when synced records enter your audience. For inbound qualification, start when a record matches your filters. CRM sync and workflow matching run separately.
Describe the motion. Review the workflow.
Eva proposes the steps and routing. Confirm creation, then open the workflow to inspect or change it. Launching the work is a separate action.
See what each step produced
Open the run report to review outcomes, errors and the settings used. Trace the path records took through your workflow.
Give sellers the result in context
Put researched accounts, relevant contacts and prepared plays in the workspace your team uses. Sellers review the work beside the record it belongs to.
Put workflow results back in your CRM
Sync qualification, research and other mapped outputs back to your CRM. Choose which records and fields sync through your integration settings. Here, ICP status and its reason flow back to your CRM.
Luzmo ran account fit, then persona fit
Their numbers, not ours. Luzmo checked 89 accounts they had already touched, and 37 held up; behind those, 4 of 278 contacts were still the right people. That is why a gate belongs early: most of what you launch on should never reach the expensive steps.
“Accurate data is much more important than a lot of data which is not qualitative.”
Before you put it to work
Does creating a workflow start a run?
No. Save or create the workflow first. Launch it on records or configure an automation separately.
What does real-time matching mean?
The scheduler checks for new matches every five minutes and processes each record at most once a day. It is separate from CRM sync.
Can CRM records trigger inbound qualification?
Yes. Sync inbound records into Evergrowth, then choose a saved view or custom filter as the workflow audience. Run on a schedule or when records enter that audience. Available filters depend on the fields available in your workspace.
Can I reuse a workflow as a template?
The builder includes Save as template. Adapt the steps and settings to your team's process.
How do workflow results get back to my CRM?
Enable outbound sync and map the fields you want to send. Supported results then sync through the integration, subject to its object settings and filters. Review the CRM integration controls.
Are these examples connected to a live workspace?
No. These product UI previews use fictional records and run results. Enlarge each screen to inspect the interface.
-
Never used to train models
Your CRM data, research outputs and agent activity are never used to train or fine-tune models. Not by us, not by our providers.
-
Your workspace is isolated
Each workspace is logically isolated, so your data is never accessible to another customer.
-
You control retention
If you cancel, your data is returned or deleted, your choice. If you make no request, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 calendar days.
The detail, the sub-processors and the DPA are on Security and trust.
Your material stays yours
Under the MSA, everything you upload and everything the agents produce from it is yours.
