Accounts and contacts

Your CRM keeps the record.
Your team works here.

Accounts, contacts and the evidence behind every answer sit here, synced both ways with your CRM.

What a CRM list cannot do

A CRM records what your team decided. This records what the agents found, what they could not find, and what to do about it.

3 things it does that a list does not

Shows what is missing

A phone that was searched for and not found is a fact a rep needs. A blank cell is not.

Keeps the evidence

Every agent answer sits on the record with a Source and reasoning trail you can open.

Writes back to the CRM

An agent answer can become its own CRM field, so what the team finds here does not stay here.

The lists

You know which accounts to work before opening any

Each row carries what the agents concluded, not just what someone typed: the vertical it was qualified against, the ICP verdict and the score. Manage columns decides what the list shows.

Agents and workflows

Launch agents and workflows on the rows you picked

The bar carries Launch agent and Launch workflow, and the header checkbox takes this page, all pages behind your filters, or a number you type. The dialog is the one you get on a single record, and runs land in the task feed while you keep working the list.

The contact

Fields your CRM has nowhere to put

The contact record holds the verified email and phone, then the things a CRM has no field for: how they prefer to be approached, the read of their LinkedIn, and the persona card their role is judged against.

Filters

Build a segment once, use it 3 ways

A saved view can be the list your team works, a dashboard card's audience, or what a scheduled workflow runs against. The segment you defined on Monday is the one that runs on Friday.

The record

Every answer keeps the evidence behind it

The research lives on the record, not in a report you have to go and find. Overview is the account plans, Research is what the agents concluded, Activity is every run and CRM activity in 1 tab, and every answer keeps its Source and reasoning trail.

The committee

See who is missing, not just who you have

Drag contacts onto whoever they report to and the account's org chart takes shape, with everyone unplaced waiting in a panel on the right. Group by expertise instead and an empty group still offers Contact finder, with the missing role already selected. The map opens on accounts marked ICP: Yes.

Data quality

Merging is reviewed, and rejecting is reversible

Duplicates arrive clustered into groups, not as a raw list to work through. Merge asks 1 question, which record survives. Marking a group Not a duplicate is reversible, and Auto-merge clears a backlog against rules you set.

Getting data in

4 ways in, and 1 finds the companies for you

Update with CSV adds columns to accounts you already hold, which is the path that matters when your CRM is the master list. Explore is the odd one: you describe the companies you want and the workspace goes and finds them.

The CRM

Your CRM syncs both ways, not a nightly export

Connect by OAuth and choose what syncs in each direction. Every agent answer can become its own CRM field, mapped per direction in 1 bulk action. What your team decides here shows up where the rest of the business already looks.

With Eva

She reads it all first, so you walk in prepared

Name who is in the room and Eva reads the account, the contacts, their research and what your CRM knows, then says which attendee she has nothing on. Point her at the list instead and she saves the segment as a view, builds the widget for it and launches the workflow.

ARIS put their global sales team on it

Their numbers, not ours. Account research and planning collapsed from hours to seconds, and reps now build and run their own agents.

“Seeing reps go into an AI system and start running their own agentic workflows, that's something I wouldn't have imagined two years ago.”

What your security team will ask
  • Never used to train models

Your CRM data, research outputs and agent activity are never used to train or fine-tune models. Not by us, not by our providers.

  • Your workspace is isolated

Each workspace is logically isolated, so your data is never accessible to another customer.

  • You control retention

If you cancel, your data is returned or deleted, your choice. If you make no request, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 calendar days.

The detail, the sub-processors and the DPA are on Security and trust.

Your material stays yours

Under the MSA, everything you upload and everything the agents produce from it is yours.
