One run, start to finish

Follow your inbound from form fill to rep, in 5 steps

Step 1 of 5

Your new inbound starts the work on its own

Pick a list of HubSpot records, such as inbound from the last 7 days. Each new account in it starts a workflow, checked every 5 minutes after each sync.

Step 2 of 5

1 workflow sorts your inbound and works only the accounts that fit

Contacts are checked against your personas, accounts against what makes a fit for you. Here 41 of 72 fit, and only those get research, the right people and a first email draft.

Step 3 of 5

Every Yes and No tells you why

Take Acme Corp, 1 of the 41: each fit criterion is answered with what was found and where. A Yes or a No with the reason, never a score.

Step 4 of 5

Your reps find the answers on Acme's HubSpot record

Seconds after each run, the answers land on the record as HubSpot fields.

Step 5 of 5

Your HubSpot workflows take it from there

  • The 41 that fit go to a repA HubSpot workflow on ICP Status assigns an owner. The email drafts wait for the rep: Evergrowth never sends.
  • The 31 that don't go to nurtureAnother HubSpot workflow moves them into your nurture emails.

ARIS taught the agents its buyers once

ARIS gave Evergrowth its value proposition, ideal customer profiles and personas, then let the agents find the right contacts and buying signals. The 4 outcomes are in ARIS's own words.

“Once we uploaded our value proposition, ICPs, and personas, Evergrowth could begin finding the right contacts and surfacing buying signals for account-planning.”

Questions

Questions teams ask when they already have Breeze

We run on HubSpot. Do we have to leave it?

No. Evergrowth syncs both ways with HubSpot, object by object, on the fields your team maps.

Do we need both?

For most sales jobs they work together through HubSpot. Where both do the job, such as prospecting and lead scoring, Evergrowth goes further.

Can HubSpot start an Evergrowth workflow?

Yes: a list of HubSpot records can start one. HubSpot can also call Evergrowth directly with a workflow webhook, on its Data Hub Professional or Enterprise plan, set up with our team.

Which CRMs does Evergrowth work with?

6, both ways: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Attio.

What your security team will ask
  • Never used to train models

Your CRM data, research outputs and agent activity are never used to train or fine-tune models. Not by us, not by our providers.

  • Your workspace is isolated

Each workspace is logically isolated, so your data is never accessible to another customer.

  • You control retention

If you cancel, your data is returned or deleted, your choice. If you make no request, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 calendar days.

The detail, the sub-processors and the DPA are on Security and trust.

Your material stays yours

Under the MSA, everything you upload and everything the agents produce from it is yours.
