Every rep coached every week.
Without borrowing a manager.
Publish your playbook once and it becomes the brief your agents run on and the buyer your reps practice against.
Coaching is rationed by manager hours
A manager with 8 reps who sits in on 1 call each per week has spent the week listening and coached nobody twice. So the first real conversation ends up being the first practice.
Practice out loud, on demand
A scenario mapped to a real ecosystem, vertical and persona, run as a voice call rather than a typed exercise.
Written feedback, not a recording
Every attempt returns a written evaluation beside the full transcript, graded against a rubric you picked.
It lands on the contact
A session run against a contact shows on that contact under Practice, filtered by scenario, participant, who created it and attempts.
This is the enablement side of it. What a rep sees is on Sales reps.
The coach learns your playbook, not a generic one
You maintain 1 playbook, not a training copy of it. The Agent Training Center holds the value proposition, the ecosystems and their verticals, the research agent sandboxes and the persona cards. The value proposition is written from your own sources and stays a draft until you press Publish.
Reps run the practice. You own the script.
By default the Sales Rep role reads the training center and the scenario library without writing to either, and writes plays and its own practice sessions. The block is server side, so a pasted link is refused too. An admin can widen it per role, in the same matrix.
Practice and pipeline run off 1 script
The Play Copywriting agent writes outreach for a named contact from the plays your team set up, such as a cold email sequence, a LinkedIn invite with its follow-up or a cold call track. Each lands on the contact record under Plays, step by step. Nothing is sent for you.
Eva writes the persona cards you approve
Ask her for a persona card and she creates it, assigns it across a vertical set and reads it back, working inside the permissions the person asking already has. You still decide what the agents are trained on. Meet Eva.
You build the scenario. It runs without you.
A scenario is authored in the product: the agenda, the ecosystem, vertical and persona, the personality, emotional state and voice, and the rubric it is marked against. 8 sales methodologies ship pre-loaded across both agendas.
Assign it
Invite the reps who should run it and set how often it repeats. They see it in Roleplay Training.
The rep talks
A real voice conversation with the buyer you described, not a chat window.
Read it back
The attempt returns the transcript with the rep’s turns numbered, beside a written evaluation of how it went.
Voice Roleplay and Roleplay Coach sit in the agent hub with the rest, and they have their own page. See how the practice and coaching loop works.
ARIS rolled Evergrowth out as enablement, not a launch
Their outcome, not ours. ARIS uploaded its value proposition, ICPs and personas once, and the rollout that followed reached reps through regional webinars and new hires during onboarding. Reps then ran agents on their own, which is the part an enablement lead is buying.
“Seeing reps go into an AI system and start running their own agentic workflows, that's something I wouldn't have imagined two years ago.”
-
Never used to train models
Your CRM data, research outputs and agent activity are never used to train or fine-tune models. Not by us, not by our providers.
-
Your workspace is isolated
Each workspace is logically isolated, so your data is never accessible to another customer.
-
You control retention
If you cancel, your data is returned or deleted, your choice. If you make no request, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 calendar days.
The detail, the sub-processors and the DPA are on Security and trust.
Your material stays yours
Under the MSA, everything you upload and everything the agents produce from it is yours.
See it on your own playbook
We will walk your enablement lead through the training center, a scenario built from your own material, and 1 live session.
