Customer Enablement

You will provide an exceptional onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring a solid foundation for a long-term partnership. By developing a tailored Mutual Success Plan (MSP) in collaboration with clients, the department sets clear objectives aligned with clients' goals. The team oversees the onboarding process, customizes the MSP, and ensures stakeholder engagement. They also leverage AI solutions to meet unique client needs, with AI Enablement Specialists offering insights and support. The overarching goal is to exceed client expectations, offering personalized support and expert guidance to empower clients towards achieving their strategic goals and fostering a mutually beneficial partnership.

Customer Operations

You'll be pivotal in enhancing our sales infrastructure, directly supporting Account Managers and Senior Sales Operations Specialists. This role involves optimizing sales data, processes, and tools, alongside crucial tasks like TOFU management, implementing sophisticated reporting, and ensuring seamless technical integration between our CRM systems and sales tech stack. Your work in CRM administration, data management, and process documentation will not only deliver bespoke value to our clients but also solidify Evergrowth's commitment to operational excellence and client success.

Customer Success Manager

You will be the linchpin for our clients, ensuring they maximize the value from our platform and are satisfied with their investment, directly contributing to their return on investment (ROI). This role requires a unique blend of AI understanding, client management skills, and forward-thinking. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, guide them in utilizing our AI tools effectively, and ensure that they are not only happy with our services but also see tangible results. Your role is critical in representing Evergrowth in the managed accounts, making you a pivotal figure in ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
