Our teams
We deliver the right account-based sales playbooks based on your TAM, sales traction and positioning. You can activate our playbooks with your own team or hire our pre-trained outbound pod to accelerate top and middle-of-the-funnel predictability.
The goal of ABS Delivery is to deliver our services to our clients. This is the department where our Account Managers and Lead Researchers belong. Apart from reaching their lead and meeting targets, the ABS Delivery department reports to the client about our performance and always looks for ways to utilize our playbooks to deliver ROI to the client. They do all of that by collaborating closely with ABS Operations and ABS Enablement. Basically, they're the ones in the frontline of our services, our cool kids!
The ABS Operations team is the backbone of the services we deliver to our clients. They’re the ones who solve interesting technical problems, support the ABS Delivery team with anything related to building complex processes and workflows, and are behind numerous efficiency improvements. Anything between finding the right report to share with the client or discovering the next big tool that can bring a competitive edge, the ABS Operations team's work is all about bringing more value to our clients. Working in this department requires critical thinking skills and logic, while it can also challenge you to solve problems creatively and think outside the box. The goal of ABS Enablement is to support ABS Delivery with documentation, training, and quality assurance. They are like mind-readers - taking all the information that might only reside in one person's head and making it available to everyone on the team, empowering them to collaborate smoothly and consistently. The ABS Enablement team does that through documentation of our clients' playbooks, providing ABS Delivery with all the necessary and up-to-date training and guidelines. They also support Lead Researchers in their onboarding and give them feedback on their work. Through their work, the ABS Enablement team ensures that everyone on the ABS Delivery team is on the same page about how to accomplish their tasks. Our documentation queens!

Working style that works for you
We are a remote-first company which means we are setup and run to be effective for remote work. We do understand that people have different working preferences.
Work remotely
Our company is set up to accommodate remote workers and 85% of our company is working remote. Our team is distributed across the US and Europe.
Work hybrid
We have an office space in Lithuania that you're welcome to swing by, most of our employees come for a few days or weeks at a time. We run at least 2 offsites a year too.
Work in-office
If the office is what you prefer, we have an amazing space in Talent Garden, Vilnius. You're welcome to come. There are usually at least 5 to 10 people there at any time.
