Evergrowth is a business-to-business service directed to and intended for use only by those who are 18 years of age or over. We do not knowingly solicit or collect any personal data from any person under 16 years of age. Our first-party data is stored using Amazon Web Services (AWS), more specifically using their Amazon Redshift Cloud Warehouse solution. This data is currently housed on the server cluster located in Stockholm, Sweden, which is inside the EEA. Please note that Amazon is a third party service provider. We will keep your personal data as long as you are in a relationship with Evergrowth. If the relationship ends, for any reason, we will block your personal data for the entire duration of any and all statutory limitation periods that apply to the processing.
