We process data from you and (or) your company, which may include your first and last name, email address, phone number and other contact details, position in the company and other data that you provide while registering. We obtain such data directly from you, and, if required by privacy regulations, with your consent. We process this data for the purposes of operating our website, providing our services, ensuring the security of our website and services and communicating with you. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract between you and us and/or taking steps, at your request, to enter into such a contract, as well as our legitimate interests, namely monitoring and improving our website and services.

We may process information relating to any communication that you send to us (“correspondence data”). The correspondence data may include the communication content and metadata associated with the communication. In case of communication through our website, the website will generate metadata associated with communications made using the website contact forms. What about really sensitive data?

Evergrowth is a business-to-business service directed to and intended for use only by those who are 18 years of age or over. We do not knowingly solicit or collect any personal data from any person under 16 years of age. We will give you a copy of your data in CSV or JSON so that you can provide it to another service. If you ask us and it is technically possible, we will directly transfer the data to the other service for you. We will not do so to the extent that this involves disclosing data about any other individual.

You can do this by asking us to erase any personal data we hold about you, if it is no longer necessary for us to hold the data for the purpose of enabling your use of Evergrowth.

Please tell us first, so we have a chance to address your concerns by getting in touch with us at privacy@evergrowth.io. Following this, if you consider that our processing of your personal information infringes data protection laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. You may do so in the EU member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. Our data processing is supervised by the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania, registered office at L. Sapiegos St. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius.

How secure is the data we collect?

We have physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

And please remember:

  • You provide personal data at your own risk: unfortunately, no data transmission is guaranteed to be 100% secure
  • You are responsible of your username and password: keep them secret, safe, and do not share them with unauthorized parties!

Where do we store the data?

Our first-party data is stored using Amazon Web Services (AWS), more specifically using their Amazon Redshift Cloud Warehouse solution. This data is currently housed on the server cluster located in Stockholm, Sweden, which is inside the EEA. Please note that Amazon is a third party service provider. You can read more about which data we share with third parties and why down below.

By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing of your data by us. If we transfer or store your information outside the EEA in this way, we will take steps to ensure that your privacy rights continue to be protected as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

How long do we store your data?

We will keep your personal data as long as you are in a relationship with Evergrowth. If the relationship ends, for any reason, we will block your personal data for the entire duration of any and all statutory limitation periods that apply to the processing. This is to prove that we are complying with our legal and contractual obligations. Once these periods have passed, we will either delete or anonymize your personal data.

Third parties who process your data

Tech businesses such as ours often use third parties to help them host their applications, communicate with customers, power their emails infrastructure, as well as many other services. We also partner with third parties who we believe are the best in their field at what they do.

When we do this, sometimes it is necessary for us to share your data with them in order to get these services to work well. Your data is shared only when strictly necessary and according to the safeguards and good practices detailed in this Privacy Policy. Where personal data is transferred to a third party outside of the EU/EEA, we take steps to ensure we agree to standard contractual clauses with them that aim to protect your privacy.
