We’re productizing our B2B sales consulting services into cloud-based software to scale our business to the next level. It will help our clients to leverage our playbooks more efficiently and achieve even higher predictable growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Sales Operations Manager.

In this role, you'll be helping our Account Managers with sales data, sales processes, and tools. You'll also be working with the Sales Enablement team to create training materials for the tools and processes you develop.

As part of our Sales Operations team, you will build lead lists, ensure the team has no technical blockers, and build reports, tools, automations to deliver value based on our Client needs.

WE’RE A FIT IF YOU’RE

  • Are advanced (at least 1.5 years of experience) in administrating CRM, automating repetitive tasks, building reports in Salesforce or Hubspot or Pipedrive
  • Have designed processes / documented specs for tool integrations or automation AND successfully delivered the implementation
  • Are curious to understand how things work and how to optimize it
  • Are willing to iterate processes multiple times a week in order to find the best approach
  • Believe that everything is possible to build and it’s just a matter of time, resources and curiosity
  • Are an analytical thinker

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Make sure that the outbound team has the right leads on top of the funnel
  • Ensure that the outbound team can do outreach to the qualified leads
  • Design sales operations processes and technical integration specifications
  • Do technical integrations between CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive) and sales tech stack
  • Update/refine the technical infrastructure of our sales playbooks (go-to-market, recycling, key account management) to support our Client needs
  • ​Work with data: source, structure, clean and visualize it to match specific needs by building automated solutions with no-code or low-code tools
  • Automate complex tasks with Zapier/Make/Parabola or similar no-code (or low-code) tools
  • Document & improve various sales processes and technical integration guidelines

SALARY: 2500 - 3700 EUR gross

TIME COMMITMENT: Full-time
