JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Operations Specialist.
In this role, you will support our Account Managers with anything related to sales data, processes, and tools. As part of our Operations team, you will build and improve reports, tools, and automations to deliver value based on our Client needs.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
- Work with the Sales Director to onboard new clients and develop their ICP (ideal customer profile) guidelines
- Support internal team with onboarding and on-demand technical challenges
- Help to implement our sales playbooks (go-to-market, recycling, key account management) to support our Client needs
- Do technical integrations between CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive) and sales tech stack based on our guidelines
- Document & improve various sales processes and technical integration guidelines
- Work with data: source, structure, clean and visualize it to match specific needs by building automated solutions with no-code or low-code tools
- Automate repetitive tasks with Zapier or similar no-code (or low-code) tools
REQUIREMENTS
- Attentive to details
- An analytical thinker
- A fast learner who is brave to show initiative when looking for solutions
- Curious to understand how things work and how to optimize it
- Skilled in preparing reports, data visualizations, cleaning data
- Skilled in using Excel/Google Spreadsheet and various formulas. VBA/Google Apps Scripts knowledge is a plus but not required
- Aware of how relational databases work
